Our highly-skilled, knowledgeable staff, consisting of the patient coordinators, registered nurses, certified operating room technicians, as well as our board-certified anesthesiologist, is here to assist you. Meet Our Team
Marsha Thornhill, MD
Marsha is a board-certified anesthesiologist who has worked with Dr. D'Amico in his office surgical facility since 1995. Dr. Thornhill received her medical training in Boston at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School where she was Chief Resident. She is a senior partner in Bergen Anesthesia Associates at Holy Name Hospital and is certified in ACLS, PALS and ATLS as well as disaster medicine instruction. She accompanied Dr. D'Amico on his Healing the Children mission to Nairobi, Kenya in 1996.
Margaret Gorton, RN
Margaret is an ACLS-certified Registered Nurse in practice since 1973. She joined Dr. D'Amico's practice in 1993 as an operating room and recovery room nurse. She has accompanied Dr. D'Amico on three Healing the Children missions to Nairobi, Kenya.
Yvonne Layden
Yvonne is the very friendly voice you'll hear first when you call our office. She joined our staff in May of 2008.
Patricia (Trish) Martins, RN, BSN
Trish, certified in BLS and ACLS received her BSN from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Trish has been in the field of plastic surgery since 1995 and is fluent in Portuguese.
Eileen Milligan, Surgical Technician
Eileen has been assisting Dr. D'Amico and his surgical team in the operating room for 7 years. She is a past paramedic and is a member of the Association of Surgical Technologists and is BLS and ACLS-certified.
Patricia (Pat) Pahlck, RN, BSN, Head Nurse
Pat, certified in BLS and ACLS, received her BSN from Felecian College. She joined our team in July of 2006. She is a highly skilled professional nurse with over 24 years' experience.
Audrey P. Fey, Licensed Skin Care Specialist
Audrey P. Fey, Licensed Skin Care Specialist with 25 years of experience, oversees the Plastic Surgery Skin Care Center for Dr. D'Amico since 1999. She is a member of the prestigious Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and is the Medical Aesthetic advisor for Sarkli / Repechage Skin Care and is formerly the Senior Technical Educator in skin and body treatments for Goldwell Mid-Atlantic. She is Founder of a non profit organization , "Steps for Survival" a contributor to The Leslie Simon Cytodiagnosis and Breast Center at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. She has appeared on numerous Media programs and is an editorial contributor for Boiron homeopathic products, incorporating homeopathic remedies with medical aesthetics.
Lynda Schmidt, Practice Manager
Lynda has worked for Dr. D'Amico for more than 16 years as the office manager. She is instrumental in fostering strong relationships with patients and helping them become a member of the practice family.
Marie Pucher, Office Manager
Marie joined our team 8 years ago, becoming office manager/patient care coordinator in August 2004. She loves working with our patients while assisting the nursing staff in the coordination and scheduling of surgical procedures.
Diane Santaita, Medical Transcriptionist
Diane Santaita joined Dr. D'Amico's team in 1996 as the medical transcriptionist. She is also one of the friendly voices you will hear when you call our office.
