Eyelid Surgery, Nose Reshaping Before & After Photos

This patient is a 45 year-old woman who has multiple complaints. She complains of a life long nasal hump and wide nasal base. In addition she complains of fat protrusions beneath her lower lids and she is also very bothered by deep glabella frown lines and transverse forehead lines, in particular, a transverse line across her entire forehead since she went to college in Florida and got a lot of sun exposure.  Her biggest concern was that after her surgery she wanted her look to be natural and that she did not have the deer in the headlights look that she sees with T.V personalities.

We discussed the techniques of today’s most advanced plastic surgery procedures for New Jersey to achieve the natural look she is requesting and have decided on a surgical program consisting of an aesthetic rhinoplasty, a bilateral transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty and a coronal forehead and brow lift.

On the morning of surgery, she came to my New Jersey plastic surgery facility for her facial procedures. She met my highly skilled team of O.R. nurses (most of whom she met during her consultation and pre-operative visits) as well as my board certified anesthesiologist. Following her cosmetic surgery in New Jersey, she recovered with our plastic surgery RN before being discharged for home.

She was very surprised that although she had bruising she had no pain and she was back to work in a weeks time.

She was very pleased with the natural look she had from the upper and lower blepharoplasties and brow lift . She felt the aesthetic rhinoplasty was very subtle yet really softened her appearance.
