Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift Before & After Photos

 This patient is a 33 year-old woman who underwent bilateral saline breast augmentation by another physician several years ago. Her original goal was to lift her breasts, as well as enlarge them.  Her previous physician told her that the implants would lift them and, of course, they did not.  Noticing a decrease in size in her right breast, she chose me as her plastic surgeon in New Jersey to change her implants and perform mastopexies for perkier, better positioned breasts.

On the morning of surgery, she came to my New Jersey plastic surgery facility for her New Jersey breast augmentation. She met my highly skilled team of O.R. nurses (most of whom she met during her consultation and pre-operative visits) as well as my board certified anesthesiologist. Her augmentation was performed using 300cc saline implants along with bilateral mastopexies to accomplish her desired look.  Following her New Jersey breast augmentation, she recovered with our plastic surgery RN before being discharged for home. She was very surprised that although her implants were placed beneath the muscle she experienced no pain due to the use of pain pump technology used by our office.  Very pleased with the outcome of her New Jersey breast augmentation and brast lift, she was back to work after a week.  Her post-operative photos were taken 6 months after surgery
