Browlift, Eyelid Surgery, Facelift, Nose Reshaping Before & After Photos

Patient is a 50 year old woman who chose me as her cosmetic surgeon in New Jersey. She has several facial complaints. She complains that she has bags underneath her eyes giving her a tired appearance and she dislikes the laxity of the neck. She would also like to have an aesthetic rhinoplasty along with correction of her nasal septum.

During her examination I noted deep frown lines and bilateral brow ptosis. After correction of brow position, there is still an excess of skin in the upper lids. The lower lids show medial and middle fat pockets. There is some skin laxity and submental lipodystrophy in the neck. The distal nasal septal deviation is prominent. The nasal dorsum is convex and prominent.

Given the patients complaints, I offered her a New Jersey plastic surgery program consisting of coronal forehead, lower face/neck lift, brow lift, bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty with septoplasty and submental lipoplasty.

On the morning of surgery, she came to my New Jersey plastic surgery facility for her procedure where she was met my highly skilled OR team, most of whom she met during her consultation and pre-operative visits. She also met with my board certified anesthesiologist. Following her surgical procedure, she recovered with our plastic surgery RN before being discharged for home.

Several weeks after surgery, she has changed her hairstyle to match her more youthful appearance.
