Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This patient is a 39 year-old woman who is accompanied by her husband to the consultation appointment. She complains that her breasts are too small and would like breast enhancement in New Jersey. She says that she is in excellent health, lives a very active lifestyle and is the working mother of two young children. She is 5’3” and weighs 115lbs.

Physical examination reveals a slender body with small, breasts. Her right breast is slightly smaller and more ptotic (sags more) than the left.

I reviewed the patient’s findings and complaints and discussed bilateral breast augmentation using saline filled, silicone elastomer shelled implants in the submuscular position as I thought this would be the best option for her to achieve the size, shape and symmetry that she desires. I advised her that augmentation could magnify her asymmetry and that the ideal correction if that happened would be periareola mastopexies (breast lift with incisions around the areola).

Her breast augmentation was performed in my fully accredited plastic surgery facility using high profile, round, 195CC, saline implants. The right implant was filled to 190 CC’s and the left filled to 195 CC’s at which point optimal shape, size and symmetry was felt to be achieved satisfying the patients wishes. Her post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. Both the patient and her husband were thrilled with the results of her plastic surgery in New Jersey.
