Breast Augmentation Before & After Photos

This patient is a 27 year old woman who lives in Bergen County who seeks breast augmentation surgery in New Jersey. She is 5’ 1" and weights 130lbs. She has three children and is a stay at home mom. She currently wears a size B bra but would like to be proportion plus and hopes to wear a size D. She also expresses that she has some breast asymmetry that has never really bothered her but she would welcome any improvement in this area. Her husband accompanies her and agrees that breast enhancement is something she has always desired.

I reviewed the patient’s findings and offered her a bilateral breast augmentation using saline filled, silicone elastomer shelled implants in the submuscular position via a lateral inframammary approach. I advised her that some of the asymmetry can be improved with differential filling of the implant, and that similar based diameter would probably serve her best but the final decision will be made in the operating room.

Her procedure took place in my fully accredited operating facility where I perform my New Jersey plastic surgery. In the operating room I tried several different sizes to achieve the best plastic surgery result for the correction of her asymmetry. I chose round, high profile saline implants, 210 CC’s filled on the right to 240 CC’s and on the left filled to 210 CC’s. This slight differential fill improved the symmetry.
Her post-operative photos were taken 6 monthsafter surgery. She is now able to wear a size D bra and is thrilled with the beautiful shape and symmetry of her breasts. She boasts that she found the right New Jersey plastic surgeon to perform her surgery.
