Patient is a 37 year old female who presents to my office having lost volume in her breasts after having her children.  She also complains that her breasts are saggy and asymmetric.  She is 5’8″ and weighs 130 lbs.  She underwent a breast augmentation with a full mastopexy on the left breast and a per-areola mastopexy on the right. Her photos are approximately 2 weeks post procedure.
