She complains of indentations in the upper pole of both breasts, left being worse than right. She also felt that she wanted her breasts to be larger and wanted to up size the implants. Description

This patient is a 33 year-old woman who underwent bilateral saline breast augmentation by another physician several years ago. Her original goal was to lift her breasts, as well as enlarge them. Her previous physician told her that the implants would lift them and, of course, they did not. Noticing a decrease in size in her right breast, she chose me as her plastic surgeon in New Jersey to change her implants and perform mastopexies for perkier, better positioned breasts. On the morning of surgery, she came to my New Jersey plastic surgery facility for her New Jersey breast augmentation. She met my highly skilled team of O.R. nurses (most of whom she met during her consultation and pre-operative visits) as well as my board certified anesthesiologist. Her augmentation was performed using 300cc saline implants along with bilateral mastopexies to accomplish her desired look. Following her New Jersey breast augmentation, she recovered with our plastic surgery RN before being discharged for home. She was very surprised that although her implants were placed beneath the muscle she experienced no pain due to the use of pain pump technology used by our office. Very pleased with the outcome of her New Jersey breast augmentation and brast lift, she was back to work after a week. Her post-operative photos were taken 6 months after surgery

Description

This patient is a 38 year-old woman who presented to my office complaining of heavy, hanging breasts with bra strap indentations and upper neck and back pain and requested a New Jersey breast reduction. My physical examination of this patient confirmed bilateral macromastia (large breasts) with her left breast being larger and nipple height lower than her right. There are deep grooves in her shoulders from her bra straps. She is 5'5" tall and weighs 120 pounds. Based on this physical examination and the patients complaints; it was decided that she was a candidate for a bilateral breast reduction. The patient had a second lengthy consultation to discuss breast reduction surgery and decided to have her procedure in my fully accredited, cosmetic surgery operating facility as her procedure was not covered by her insurance. She was very excited about having chosen me as her cosmetic surgeon New Jersey. On the morning of surgery she met with my highly skilled operating room staff (most of whom she met during her consultation visits) as well as my board certified anesthesiologist. After recovering for a period of time with my plastic surgery recovery nursing staff, she was discharged for home. She was surprised and how little discomfort she felt after the procedure. Her photos were taken one year post-operatively. She is very happy with her results and expressed that she not only feels better but is able to buy more stylish clothing.

Description

This 45 year old Bergen County woman was seeking a New Jersey plastic surgeon to perform breast lift surgery and was referred by her physician to me. She presented to my office with complaints of sagging breasts. She is 5’4” and weighs 140lbs. She has not had any children but her weight has fluctuated quite a bit over the years causing her breasts to sag. She is very self conscious about the appearance of her breasts in her clothing as she enjoys wearing clothing without a bra. I reviewed the concepts and techniques of the breast lift surgery using general anesthesia on an out patient basis as well as the location of the surgical scars. Due to the degree of lift required to properly position her breasts, I explained that the full anchor scar pattern will be necessary. She took the necessary time off from work allowing herself a week to recovery from this out patient procedure. I performed this patient’s mastopexy (breast lift) in my fully accredited, New Jersey plastic surgery operating facility along with my board certified, hand picked, anesthesiologist and team of nurses. Her postoperative photos were taken several months after surgery. She is very happy with the youthful shape and position of her breasts noting that the scars which healed well was a good trade.
